Storms Floods Wreak Havoc In North

Storms and floods have caused chaos in the six northern mountain provinces of Bac Kan, Lai Chau, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Son La and Lao Cai. Twenty-six people are reported to have died and many are missing in the floods and landslides.
