1988 Kurdish Massacre Labeled Genocide

ERBIL, Iraq, March 8 (UPI) — An Iraqi supreme court reversed an earlier decision by recognizing chemical weapons attacks on the Kurdish city of Halabja in 1988 as an act of genocide.
